The terrain we know, the terrain we are familiar with, takes on a whole new shape and form when viewed at from an altitude of 400ft. At this elevation we can observe a physical escape from the confines of a fog-laden coastline. From above, the enveloping omnipresence of fog is reduced to a rolling sea unto itself-not unlike the flowing blue tides shadowed beneath. Colors change, details are misted, and a busy macrocosm where mankind might hide within is lost from the larger field of view. Altitude gives us distance. Fog provides erasure.
